Description	Works To Be Completed	Illustration Pictures
2) On completion of foundation works of the Property.	Foundation works below lowest floor level: Stumps Piling & Pile caps Raft foundation.
3) On completion of reinforced concrete framework of the Property.	All primary structural elements above lowest floor level including: Beams Columns Suspended slabs Roof Beams
4) On completion of brick walls of the Property with doors and window frames in position.	All brick wall within parcels All party walls inclusive of wall stiffeners Timber Door & Window Frames where there are no sub-frames Floor slab soffits & ceiling framing
5) On completion of roofing and internal plastering of the Property.	Roof structure, roofing & flashing All plastering to walls, soffits, slabs, beam Wall tiles & other wall finishes Floor screeding and/or other floor finishes Painting to internal & external walls, floors and ceilings
6) On completion of electrical wiring and plumbing (without fittings) of the Property.	Electrical wiring Water piping Sanitary piping Telephone trunking & cabling
7) On completion of the roads, drains and sewerage works serving the Property.	Paved Road leading to building containing the said parcel from an existing road. Permanent roads around the building containing the said parcel Entrance culvert serving the building Kerbs Drains & Main Drains connected to outfall Sewerage works including manholes from the building connected to a completed sewerage treatment system

2(a) The work below ground level including piling and foundation of the Building comprising the said Parcel	Foundation works below lowest floor level: Stumps Piling & Pile caps Raft foundation.
2(b) The reinforced concrete framework and floor slab of the Parcel.	All primary structural elements above lowest floor level including: Beams Columns Suspended slabs Structural Walls Roof Beams
2(c) The walls of the Parcel with door and window frames placed in position.	All non-structural wall within parcels All party walls inclusive of wall stiffeners Timber Door & Window Frames where there are no sub-frames All frameworks for dry partitioning excluding lining of partition.
2(d) The roofing/ceiling, electrical wiring, plumbing (without fittings), gas piping (if any) and internal telecommunication trunking and cabling to the Parcel.	Roof structure, roofing & flashing Floor slab soffits & ceiling framing of the said parcel Electrical wiring within parcel Water piping within parcel Sanitary piping within parcel Telephone trunking & cabling within parcel
2(e) The internal and external plastering of the Parcel.	All plastering to walls, soffits, slabs, beam, columns where specified Wall tiles & other wall finishes Linings, boards and panels to framed partitions Floor screeding and/or other floor finishes Painting to internal & external walls, floors and ceilings (if any)
2(f) The sewerage works serving the Building.	Sewerage works including manholes from the building containing the said parcel connected to a completed sewerage treatment system
2(g) The drains serving the Building.	Drains & Main Drains connected to outfall
2(h) The roads serving the Building.	Paved Road leading to building containing the said parcel from an existing road. Permanent roads around the building containing the said parcel Entrance culvert serving the building Kerbs
